Because the cleaning contracotr bids low price and also want to take more
take-home pay forhimself and thus his cleaners suffered for it.
I was told by a contractor that he lost his business completely after his
regular cleaning contract was lost though the bid which was won by other
contractor merely by 2 hundred dollars. After 5 years in the business, he
lost his business to other bidder. Maybe there should also be tender price
too for MIW so that people can decide on the bid price of MIW.
