Dont know why LTA had such rule as how many (400m?) radius of people walking
around the station, only then the station can open.

It sounds absurds in that if this radius was so decided in th first place,
soi why did they in the first place built the station when they know it (the
radius) will not achieve in the first place.

They should not have built the station knowing it is not possible for that
radius of people to happen.

They should know that idle equiptment and infrastructure will deteriorate
fast. The Buagkok station and the surrounding area will be discrepit like
sahara desert or arizona desert.
