There are so many lawyers in Singapore, after the Asian financial crisis, there were less trading in properties and some cannot even keep their payment to their office rental. Instead, they deal more cases of bankruptcy but may be not much money to collect.

another reason is the tons and tons of rules and absurdities
than continuously come out from that *** house call parliament.
yet another reason is the micro social engineering that this

who indulge in with great passion and delight.
