OT: Fun with statistics




Yep, another US-related thread.

I find it amusing that opponents to the new health care
legislation cite polls saying only 43% of Americans support the bill.
They go farther and claim Obama is going against the majority of the
people, etc, etc, blah, blah, blah.....

What they don't say is 15% don't support the bill because they
don't think it goes far enough....that means 43 + 15 = 58% are either
in favor or will take what they can get...which just leaves 42% who
don't want it at all. Looks like a majority DO want this or something
more.
