It wasn't, but the UK could easily be self-sufficient in food if it
wasn't for our appallingly inefficient land use.
The energy and water budget for producing way more meat than we need is a
case in point.

I've heard Vegans claim that the right combinations of veggies will
provide all the amino acids anyone needs to survive and thrive.
But is it really so?
Or are the Vegans perusing their own agenda?


Then there are the raw food lifestylers. My Bog, I don't know how they do
it. No oven/cookstove needed evidently.
