My first degree revolved around "hermeneutics", buggered if I see

Agreed.
With all the brilliant scs discourses at hand, why does the bumblepot choose
to illustrate our postings by concentrating on photies and quilting bees.
I looked carefully for some sort of point to the article.
Nothing leaped out at me barring the obvious.
Perhap I have been away from the hallowed halls of academia too longand missed the point behind the honkingly obvious.
Nah. I still wander said halls, and I couldn't see any point in the blether other than to display the number of long words the author only half understands in the hope that it'll impress someone....
