With the Supreme Court on your side, all things are possible.
Any SCOTUS was going to rule that way because .....wait for it...W
was elected under the existing election rules. Was there some shady
practices? I'd say so, but nothing illegal was done...or, to be fair,
could be proven.
To put it all in perspective, if the 2000 election was such a
travesty, why haven't the Dems worked to change the election laws?
Could it be that they figure it's as likely to fall their way next
time?
