I don't believe in a god, but I suspect the Met (London police) have
their finger on the problem. They are scanning the CCTV cameras which
are everywhere to see if they can identify the men who planted the
bombs and Londoners are exhibiting the calm which is their usual
reaction. The authorities feel that the car plus bombs are al-Qaeda
trademarks of the Iraqi type and the terrorist level has been raised
to severe, suggesting that they expect to see more cars plus bombs.
