It doesn't mention which areas were inspected. Some are far worse than
others. The city centre is not that bad, but as I walked along Victoria
Road today I was only too aware of how easy it is to make a street look
filthy. The main litter was cigarette ends thrown away and *** packets
along the street as well. Maybe a symptom of the recent changes to
smoking in offices and shops?

What annoys me is seeing lazy b'trds throwing litter from car
windows, again it is often cigarette ends, but you will see other bits
and pieces of rubbish be disposed of in the same way.
