This has got to be a joke.
Far better that these revolting criminal AIDS-spreading filth continue
mugging OAPs to buy contaminated drugs from the underworld barons and thus
support Taliban terrorists than they should be weaned off via a programme of
prescribed heroin.
I know it has drastically reduced drug-related crime and deaths in Germany
but if I can't get my Marquis de Caceras Rioja on the NHS then it isn't fair
that that these scum should be helped either.

Yes, one very obvious one - the real reason you can't get your rioja on
the NHS (what an excellent idea!) is because you don't live here. Also,
one doesn't have to inject rioja, though I suppose one could if
desperate, thus the problem of sharing needles, and thus diseases,
doesn't arise. Two thoughts. Also, as far as I am aware, Afghanistan is
not well known for producing decent rioja. Three thoughts......

BTW, thanks for the recommendations for NZ pinot noirs (pinots noir?).
Much appreciated. Even more appreciated would be some samples.
