I prefer not shattering my teeth while enjoying dessert.

Then take them out. :-)

Deirdre

I can't, they're my own teeth!

This is off at a bit of a tangent but as a heart-warming tale from Our Man
in the South Pacific (me), I thought you might like to know that when French
Legionaires stationed in Tahiti go home on leave to visit their families
they take their Tahitian mistresses false teeth with them.
Kind of like a high-tech chastity belt but without all those vexatious rust
problems.
Seems the tradition is that the soldiers pay for the notoriusly sugar-rotted
Tahitian teeth to be removed and replaced in the first place - only fair
then.

A W-S

My mother warned me that all Tahitian vahines have false teeth.
Perhaps you'll be able to confirm from your research that they are
also blessed with gonorrhea; my mother's second reason why her little
boy should steer clear of Papeete).
