I would like to ask a favour of you all...

As many of you know, I have an on-line business; The Backhaul Network.
If you type Backhaul into Google, the first listing to appear, (at
present anyway), is my business, at; www.backhaul.net/
This is a business I started in 1993 and its function is to provide
information about loads for truckers across North America, from Canada
to Mexico.
A backhaul is a term used in many industries, such as telephones,
electricity, space technology - and the trucking industry. In the
trucking industry it is used as the name for the most important load a
trucker needs; not the load that takes him away from home, but the
return load that enables him to pay his way back home.
In North America, 70% of all goods are moved by truck. It would be a
valid statement to say that North America depends on its truckers to
keep its various economies moving, from Alaska to Newfoundland to
Yucatan. Truckers have an excellent reputation as helpful,
knowledgable people to n=meet when your in trouble. I personally
admire their honesty and honourable attitudes, and in thirteen years
of dealing with thousands of them, only four have ever tried to take
advantage of me.
On 25th August 2005, the building housing the Backhaul Network's
server in a district of New Orleans called Metairie, was flattened by
Hurricane Catrina. Last week, all the repairs were completed and the
Backhaul Network is back on-line.
However, something unique has occurred for which my expensive
programmer has no answer and I would like to ask any of you who can be
bothered, to look at a defect which is visible on some computers but
not on others.
For example, it is visible on my computer and on those of two friends
who use the same ISP here in Western Canada, but not to the technician
working at the ISP. It is not visible to the programmer in New
Orleans.
What I need to know to help track down where this flaw is coming from
is where it can be seen. Of course, if anyone understands or knows
what is causing the problem, that would be ideal. Please tell me what
you see and where you are located, either by posting a note in this
thread or by emailing me at: micheil@xxxxxxxx
This software uses frames, a decision made by a previous programmer.
In the frames for the pages which show loads available, (30 loads per
page after page) no loads can be seen on my and similarly affected
computers. On other computers, the loads appear as normal.
To start, please copy and paste this URL to the browser of your choice
- and if you'd like to test two or three browsers, great! I have
tested Mozilla (Firefox) Netscape and IE and none show me the loads,
only a black space.
ONE:
htttp://www.backhaul.net
TWO:
You will see a big square filled with pictures. At the top left hand
corner is a yellow button which says "ALL LOADS". Click on it.
THREE:
This takes you to a page which asks you to search by entering your
preferred parameters. In this case, don't bother unless you want to
see what's available in your area of North America (Europe is still
under construction). Simply go to the bottom and press "SUBMIT"
FOUR:
This page will either show you available loads or else will be a frame
outline with information like the number of available loads showing
outside the frame area. Inside the frame area, if you do not se loads,
there will be a black space. Please let me know which you got, by
posting here or by emailing me at micheil@ shaw.ca. Please include
your city and country, as many British city names are duplicated in
the US and Canada, from Inverness, Nova Scotia to Birmingham, Alabama!
I know from looking behind the frames that the loads are there as
normal. It is just that they do not appear onscreen as they should. I
am hoping that this is a purely local problem and not worldwide, as
many loads are delivered from overseas to North American ports and
picked up via my website from there.
Allow me to thank you in advance for your help!
