Escudos

Can nanybody advise how I go about getting some Escudo banknotes changed to
Euros?
I can't find anything on the Banco de Portugal web site other than a note
that they will exchange banknotes until 2020 (or whenever). I've been
unable to find anything about how to contact the bank.
