Start up some corporations whose purpose is solely to amass large slush funds that can be used to pwn Israel militarily should they open hostilities. If they don't start it (false-flag OR conventionally) then the money stays secure, but if they do, you liquidate, buy chinese, russian or u.k. arms and aim for the big flat building.
