Armed gangs continue vandalism in West Bank, shoot at lawmaker's house
in Salfit

Salfit - Armed elements, known for their streak of vandalism in the
Palestinian arena, opened their machinegun fire at the house of Hamas'
deputy in Salfit district Dr. Nasser Abdul Jawad at dawn Tuesday before
fleeing the place in a getaway car, eyewitnesses in the area revealed.
Palestinian masses in the city gathered at the house of the deputy,
inquiring about his condition as they deprecated the incident and
accused certain armed gangs known in the Palestinian community of their
suspicious agenda that serves the Israeli occupation government.
Few days ago, the same renegade gangs fired at homes of Hamas'
legislators Ahmed Al-Tal and Samira Halayka in addition to peppering
the car of MP Khaled Sa'eed in Jenin as well as burning offices of the
PLC and PA council of ministers in Ramallah city three weeks ago.
Meanwhile, elements of the infamous PA preventive security apparatus in
Tobas city distributed leaflets bearing the signature of Fatah faction
assaulting the newly formed back up force in Gaza city as well as
mocking the PA government and its ministers with bad words.
Fatah leaders in the city, however, dissociated themselves form those
"malicious" bulletins, adding that such fabricated harmful publications
were indeed the reason behind the retraction of Fatah popularity in the
Palestinian arena.
In Nablus city, Palestinian masses heeded calls from Hamas to
demonstrate against attempts of Fatah-affiliated armed elements to
forcibly seal off a number of PA ministries and governmental
foundations Tuesday.
Armed gangs associated with Fatah faction have encircled a number of PA
ministries and government offices denying PA employees entry at
gunpoint, which stirred an outrage among the workers and the rest of
the Palestinian citizens in the city.
Hamas spokesman in the city affirmed that such assaults were carried
out by groups that "deviated from the national line" and harmonized
their attacks with the continued IOF aggressions against the
Palestinian people in the West Bank and Gaza Strip amidst threats to
invade the Strip.
For their parts, the employees asserted that they will report to their
works at all costs, and that they will not allow those gangs to impose
their suspicious agenda on the steadfast Palestinian people who are
facing intensive economic siege led by the USA and its European allies.
