The Age of Dajjal

The Muslims have been informed by their beloved prophet SAW that in
the age of Dajjal, things will not be what they look like. Our
traditional Ulemaa have read these Ahadis over and over, yet they did
not try to think and ponder over them, so that average Muslim citizen
could know what its implications in the current age. But some Islamic
Scholars like Dr. Imran Nazar Hosien have done substantial research on
the subject and have come up with Books like
'Jerusalem in Quran'.

The other day a brother was lamenting on the poor standing of
Bangladesh in the comity of nations vis a vis education, health and
nutrition etc. In fact these are onesided, distorted images of
reality. Our opponents have a great propaganda machinery. Magazines
like Time and Newsweek, that we read proudly and TV Channels like CNN
and BBC which we see and believe as one believes in his own mother or
father. As a matter of fact these are great liars.


For example Pakistan's standing is 130 in per capita GDP, but when
seen in terms of GNP at Purchase Price Parity, it stands at 25th, at a
better position than Israel's. So when they have to put down Pakistan
they show the first picture and when they want to praise Pakistan's
progress, they would show the second. Common men, being unaware of the
difference are easily mislead but such articles.


Another method to deceive the people is artificial price
appreciation. Two things make great impact on GDP of a nation. First
the value of shares of the stock market and the value of
currency of a country. These do not have any tangible benefit to the
common man, but are used to show prosperity of a nation.


For example, when Pakistanis abroad felt the heat after 9/11, they
started buying shares in the stock market of Karachi and Islamabad.
The prices quadrupled. If I had shares of Rs 100,000 their value
reached 400,000. But when things settled down it fell to Rs 200,000.
Did it make me richer or poorer. NO. But the statisticians want me to
believe that I have become richer by 50% in Musharraf' era., which is
wrong.


One morning I read that people who live below poverty line in Pakistan
have increased by about 12 %. I was surprised and started thinking the
calamity which caused the plight. I could not find any and after much
effort found that it was because Pakistan's currency was devalued 12%,
it appeared that instead of earning 45 Rs a day to qualify as living
above parity line, now a Pakistani must make Rs 60. In actual fact his
condition did not change but since the dollar is the standard
currency, it appeared that we have become more poor.


Dear friends, do you know that international Jewry spend 100 years in
planning and introducing a paper currency which has no intrinsic
value. It all depends upon expectation. If more people are willing to
buy BD Taka, its value will increase and vice versa. But trick
here is, big buyers are mostly Jews. When they start selling a
currency people are lead to believe that its price is going to fall so
they stop buying it too. The cumulative effect is
an actual fall in its value, although nothing wrong ha happened to the
facts on ground.


Therefore some Arab countries have decided to introduce Islamic Dinar
which will be based on golden standard. You will get an ashrafi
(golden coin), when you pay 12,000 Takas or Rupees. Muslims of every
Islamic nation should therefore emphasize on their governments to go
for Islamic Dinar in order to get rid of the Jewish Bankers who charge
Interest and befool us by false paper currency. Now another trick
they are playing is plastic currency.


Similarly if America is displeased with a nation, her propaganda
starts churning out rumours about:

1. It is going to become a failed state.
2. It does not respect human rights.
3. It is democracy is defective
4. It is developing weapons of mass destruction.

And our news media and analysts start carrying those false news
mindlessly. In the 1970 national assembly there was one Dr. Nazir who
use to warn the nation about the responsibiliies of journalists. He
used to say, if a woman sells herself, it is only a woman, but when
a jouranlists sells his pen, it is the whole nation which is sold out
to its enemies.

Therefore, dear friends, read and see news with open mind. Do not
take anything for granted.
