My Swedish vacation

Greetings,

My wife and I visited Sweden the 2nd week of May this year and had a wonderful time. The weather was perfect, the country is so beautiful, and everyone I met there was very friendly. It was the best vacation I have ever taken to Europe and Sweden is my favorite country.

We flew into Copenhagen and took the train to Malmo the next morning. Malmo is such a beautiful city and the country side with all the Rape fields was gorgeous. Rented a car and drove to Helsingborg where we stayed for two days while visiting the area. My wife and I decided it was one of our most favorite cities, friendly people and beautiful architecture. We visited Hoganas for quite some time as it was a must visit. My Great Grandparents were born in Hoganas and some others were from Jonstorp. Didn't get to visit Jonstorp so, I must go back in a couple of years. We hiked in the wonderful forests of the Kullaberg Preserve, so beautiful there.

We drove from Helsingborg to Linkoping where we stayed a day. We stayed in a great hotel just on Stora Torget and walked all over the city. Met a wonderful coulple in old town Linkoping whom helped me with my pronunciation of Hoganas :-). I decided that Linkoping is my second most favorite city in all of Europe, such a beautiful town. Spent two days in Stockholm visiting all the sites and had dinner with a Swedish couple we met there.

All in all, Sweden is a wonderful place and I love your country. I plan to take many more trips to your wonderful country.
