Isn't it easier to just copy it down with a pen and paper and then
post it here or am I being frightfully old fashion ?

It is written with chalk on a board and has some water damage, so to
write it out would reproduce some of the message but likely miss some
of it. It is not written clearly and may need a little imagination.
