How come Great Britain and Russia in a way chose to attck Poland just after the crash of entire goverment?

There is massive influx of lies about the country of Poland just
as NATO and
high Russian diplomats themselves see the
crash in the red fire ball around Smonlensk

The lies are almost exclusively British. How come? How come now?
