universities in malaysia

Hi there

I am originally from Iraq. My sister wants to continue her study in
Computer Science and get Masters Degree. Can you please help me
finding for her right university?

I would appreciate if you can give me more information about study in
Malaysia, Accommodations, and any other info that might help me to
start applying for her.
