Why don't Penang just concentrate on human development:
1. make folks in Penang behave, feel, smell like an islander--nice,
warm and friendly
2. concentrate more on building/buying lands and convert into public
parks, art gallery etc
3. stop construction along Green Lane (terrible jam), Bt Feringghi
etc... (so scary to drive along that road--feel as if the buildings
going to collapse
4. what the point of outer ring road--when more buildings are being
built (outer ring become another inner ring)
5. city very unfriendly for kids and older folks
6. food vendors-dirty

Try to appreciate Penang with its own sense of humour and off-beat
pace of life... ;-)
