If they wanted a fleet Mercedes Benz E200 Kompressor, the Malaysia state
government could well import 2nd hand Mercs from overseas at very good
price.

There's really no need to buy a brand new fleet.

Strangely, who sold them the Mercedes and who authorized the repair and
maintenance of state vehicle ?

And why do they need 16 Mercedes Benz ?
