like all civil servant, the policemen just go to office each day to *** and pee and go home
ministers as well, but they are worst, *** pee and stealing from the treasury
when you visited a senior government servant....meeting, seminar, haji, on leave and busy
if you force them to fill a form what they really did in a year...peeing, shitting, sleeping and drinking coffee
malaysian has been peed, shited,sleeped and drunk on for 50 years......

i live in a high density housing area
a lower middle class area
the road is narrow and the buildings are close
so when a small motorcycle without silencer goes by, literally the buildings will vibrate and you can hear it 500 meter away

i ask the ACP, is it legal for such bike to be on the road
i am told that, all bike manufacture comply with a certain noise level approved by authority
any bike that is modified and sound louder than that, is illegal
any bike with silencer removed is illegal
so the bike that sound like a roaring thunder passing where i live is illegal

dutifully, i gave the ACP, the address of the biker, the bike number and the ususal time he passed
i expect the ACP to warn him to stop being a nuisance
after a week, i found that the nuisance persisted
i called the mobile police, twice trying not to disturb the ACP over such trival mattter
on the third called to the mobile police than i am told that i had reported to the wrong shift and as the offence is in that shift i should call at what time to report.......????...what to do if that how police operate !!!!!
so i called at that shift time .......... this time i had to make 3 reports.......and than on the 4th called at that shift time, i complaint that i had 3 earlier reports lodge.....i was given the reply that, the offender is a very elusive snake and cannot be caught
i told the police, it is very simple.....if they can just turn up at the place i stay at the time i had stated in my report, the culprit is very puncture.......
so i wait again, no action is again taken,,,,
so i called the police again at the right shift the 5th time.......i said, sorry tuan that offender is still causing nuisance,
that he said......i cannot summon him in his house for traffic offend, he must be caught on the road with the offence
i suggested......simple...i act as the witness, i shall take photograph of him and record the sound he produced on tape as evident......the police on the line kept quiet and said instead, they will try again.......again i said, just come to my house at the time i told you....this offender is very puncture
again after a week no action is taken.......so i call again...
this time i tell the police.....maybe i stop him, put a lock on his bike and ask the police to come.....i really do not mind to do the job for you....simplify it, but please you must come when i call you after i stop him....
the police cannot give me an answer and said that it is not my job to arrest any person....
so i ask him, what should i do to get rid of the offending nuisance that is roaring like thunder in the middle of the night
.......again he said he will do something.....
it is 6 months now and the nuisance is still around
so i went back to the ACP and tell him the story.....he does not seem surprise and told me, you know i have 100 of this problems everyday and i have 1000 policemen under me and a whole city under me........i can only tell my man to go and do their job .........what else can i do......
DO YOU HAVE A SIMPLE ANSWER FOR ME, ANYONE
I HAVE
1) that the answer for the rampaging crime in the city, the criminal and offender knows the police are useless
2) maybe 90% of the 1000 man including the ACP should be replaced
3) the minister of home affair and the head of police in the country should be replaced
4) the government should be replaced for having such a police force after 50 years in power and ACP who tell you he do not know what to do
5) better still stop wasting money having a police force and have private security force like US blackwater, with the latest firepower
6) stop wasting time reporting to the police to prevent crime, the police will only arrive at crime scene to do the final window dressing, collecting statistic and once in a while publish a fictional solved case to show their viability, to continue receiving salary
7) never trust the police to protect you, buy pepper spray, steel rod and whatsoever to protect yourself
8) as for the offending nuisance i had said above, just pay people to take care of him
9) LIVE LIKE A CRIMINAL YOURSELF TO COUNTER CRIMINAL AND OFFENDER
