HSL announced receiving a RM125.5 millions contract to build an
industrial estate in Samarahan

Anyone in Kuching can tell you, the place is in the middle of nowhere.
Where you have to transport anything from a nail and back 30 kilometer
to get anything done. The population is small and populated by Malay
who prefer lazing around than work. Moreover, there is already a fail
industrial estate, with plenty of abandon land and factory

So why Samarahan.
It is CM of Sarawak constituency,
Election is near and a quick way to money for election is allocation
of project for upfront undertable money
HSL is a rich crony with CM family owning 30% share
It is where CM development company, Naim Cendera is doing a massive
development project with state land, this will help to sell houses
This is the place where CM family own large tract of state lands
This is where in future his son wants to stand for election

So the state is ready to waste 125.5 millions to fill an old man
obsession with money and power.

Sarawak can only develop when this White Ant die said a developer. As
he said, like now when Naim Cendera is finding it hard to sell houses
and HSL is landed with abundant of unsold houses, the WHITE ANT (Taib)
start freezing development approval. The point is Naim Cendera and HSL
are building houses at the wrong place and having silly concept. Like
building low end houses at great distances from working area where
more money and time are spend commuting than paying for the place. The
house design is rediculous. Where season developers can feel the need
and want of buyer, Naim and HSL feel they can sell anything by
squeezing the buyers.

More over, Taib forgot that he had a sillies appointed by him running
his city councils. Everyone is worry how these sillies Napoleans of
Napoleans will turn their life saving in buying a home into a piece of
*** the next day. How the Kuching city council will channel public
traffic into your home, illegal hawkers everywhere, clogged drain and
the council is famous for enhancing the rampanging crime rate in the
city with neglect, stupidity and antiquity practices.

Sarawak will go forward 5 years the White Ant step down and the city
councillors replace and its corrupted engineers given the boot.

Kuching people should vote for DAP, to show their disatisfaction with
the White Ant. SUPP maybe at the firing end while White Ant hide in a
smallest constituency in Sarawak to get re-elected.

At least Kuching people is telling Taib.......GO TO HELL
