Pls explain. I thought our Agong is the Malay word version of "king". I
think that our Agong is just a figurehead figure for our country, like the
Queen in England, is it ? They serve no operational purpose, except to sit
there and be a "King", while the real management of the nation is put in the
hands of the Parliament with the PM as leader right ? I think many
countries is also like this today isn't it ? Thailand also has a King that
does nothing administratively, and is also I think Japan is the Emperor rite
?

Alas, there is no comment on the site that is insulting of Agong. Btw,
Agong is NOT the King by any measure of the imagination. Surely, as
Malaysians we should know better.
