?We later found out that Malaysia Airlines (MAS) had continued to sell
tickets even when the prescribed number of seats had been taken up.
As part of the consolidation of business and to improve customer services,
MAS sold all their PCs as a part of their consolidation process, to raise
working capital. The PCs that you see, the counter personnel, clicking
happily away on, they are actually devoid of any licensed software. After
you pay and leave, they just write it all down on paper. So, naturally,
some screw ups will occur.
