poor you haji--did you ever take a look at the mirror--talk to
yourself---why are you supporting the counter staff???--they have gone
thru so many PR courses---what's troubling is their attitude--how come
McDonald staff can fair better.

the point now--how can improve counter services??? even KSN was asking
for specifics--I am not interested to see one dude in Kubang Semang or
Tg Bidara gets the whipping...I want to see systemic change in all our
services....since the counter staff were all dungus according to
you--haji--then what about their supervisors and station number one
person...
