Re: nude chinese woman-failure of gov'n

How can a lawyer know anything about Standing Orders of a prison or of the
station lock-up - he never read such Orders as he never was required to know
them to get his degree?

Lawyers are dime a minute and they have to prove themselves better at
practical work rather than theoretical knowledge . Most lawyers go to court
and go gaga when faced with a difficult witness.

Criminal law is based usually on points of facts rather than points of law.

Just ask your lawyer the simple question of how they will go about ensuring
the prisoners are properly checked for such hidden items?
