of a story somewhere on the Internet

But you miss the point of Pluto's challenge
...that in our racially skewed society, the non-Malays bear the huge
brunt of discrimination in law enforcement.

Non-Malays are more likely to be asked to pay bribe for infringements,
major or minor, real or imaginery. Non-Malays are more likely to be
bullied like what we all saw in the PJ Police Station.
