Malaysian Airlines fleet

I been browsing around all day and I came across pictures of Malaysian
Airlines aircraft. These pictures have been taken all over the world, but I
noticed the following... the aircraft have names, Tioman, Putrajaya, and so
on... but I always see the same names appear... anyone knows if all the
aircraft have a different name and if so, what they are? As it is with the
limited amount of names (states, popular locations) that can be found all
over the world, I would almost think there are only two dozen planes active!

Another strange thing, the Malaysian flag on the right side of the plane
always is displayed as a mirror image... why is that?
