No you didn't. What you said was:

This doesn't tally with that German Jews, many of whom themselves
fought on the side of Germany in World War 1, were herded into camps.
It also seems to imply that there was no focus to the death camps, and they
just happened to put anyone they didn't like into them. The fact was that
the death camps were the solution the Nazis came up with with what they
termed "the Jewish problem".
