See, that's why Air Asia does so much better. I was on the first flight to
Macau, booked online, printed the ittinerary and went to KUL with it on due
date. Even without payment and confirmation the ticket was kept aside!
Paid on the spot and that was that.

Since MAS likes awards, maybe they would like to accept the reward for
poorest online service. Even bad promotion is still promotion!
