Oh sad but true, they are "learning", but how? Someone from the prime
minister department (or somewhere else, i forgotten pardon me) proposed
this: Make it mandatory for all non-bumi enterprises (big and small?) to
appoint AT LEAST one bumi as their top management (a.k.a decision maker). So
this is the way they are learning. I read those in chinese newspapers last
week and i did not even bother to give attention to it, maybe someone with
more information and newspapers' translations can post the original report
here for us to peruse. We didn't read this on all major english newspapers
last week.
