But whatever it is. Your prayers should be should the project start to take off, as in the bloody building phase, the contractors, or developers, don't run out of money, and the whole thing stalls. You'd be screwed, because it'll become the next great haunt for addicts, pests, etc..... and the prices of your present properties will go South, quickly.
