Hello,
Last spring in Budapest in spring Festival I ate one dish with chicken
which I liked very much.
I would like now to reproduce that food.
I don't know the name of the recipe, I'll give every detail I have,
hoping that someone could help me with the name of the food or even
with the complete recipe.
ingredients I saw were:
chicken
onions cutted in two parts (so very big)
spices, which I don't know which were.
there was some oil because the food looked as fried.
nothing else (visible)
I have a photo of this food and a foto of the stall which sold it to
me.
available in these links:

here is the pan in which they were cooking it (is the middle one)

here is the dish (in the dish are also potatoes, which are more yellow)
http://img227.imageshack.us/img227/5469/015603042005172406budapestje6.jpg
and this is the stall that sold me the food.
I'm sorry for the quality of photos, when shooting them I didn't
thought that I'd look for that recipe.
I hope somebody can help me.
thanx
Giulio
