I don't know the name of the recipe, I'll give every detail I have,
hoping that someone could help me with the name of the food or even

onions cutted in two parts (so very big)
spices, which I don't know which were.
there was some oil because the food looked as fried.
nothing else (visible)

and this is the stall that sold me the food.

I'm sorry for the quality of photos, when shooting them I didn't
thought that I'd look for that recipe.
