Ime a level szovege:
This is really a late night. I ran a spell session,
I didn't even read what I wrote earlier, I am
resending it, this is the official response:
I am also sending you what I wrote today to Larry
Page, Sergey Brin and to Eric Schmidth, I hope this
sheds a clearer understanding to my overall problems
with Google, Inc. I won't give up when my human rights
and dignity are violated. Would you? Again, I am
CC-ing Larry, Sergey and Eric for their references,
please.
I am right you know (overall, generally)!
[Cheers to my human rights! What do you score for it,
a 5, a 10?]
To Larry Page, Sergey Brin and to Dr. Eric Schmidt:
CORPORATE CYBER CRIMINALITY
Its very difficult to oversee the market, we all
know that. Companies start up based on ideas, and
there is a free market, based on promoting financial
opportunities, some products make it big, most stay
less significant. All depends on the size of the
market and the potential of the product. The western
world adapted to a free market and highly appreciates
a competitive spirit among companies. Sometimes
monopolies are born, other times, they are asked to
diversify enable to allow competition to move in.
I am here to represent my honest opinions and concerns
on your business practices, particularly about Google
Groups.
There are several problems: The first, is confusion at
large. As a user of newsgroups, am I Google's
customer. This is a very clear problematic concern in
the "competitive world". If I turn to your customer
services for resolving newsgroup storage related
problems, do I need a contract your company? I did not
use Google Groups to post the messages which I
requested Google Groups to remove. See? Its a problem.
So rather than taking all this "mess" - that's why I
said confusion - to court, I am expressing my honest
concerns about your ("let's call it") dubious
practices here. I really feel taken advantage of as an
Internet user by your strange position in the market.
(I always felt molested from Google
Groups.) See this is just the first problem I am
introducting "of if not hundreds" of business
violations regarding Google Groups' very questionable
business practices.
THE GREATEST PSYCHOLOGICAL PROBLEM WITH GROUPS
EXPLAINED
I grew up in Hungary not far from the Romanian border
spending my late teenage years during the last years
of Ceaucescu's regime. Hungary, though partially
communist throughout the 80's, was nothing like
Romania. We grew up learning that he was a horrble
dictator. We heard slogans about his police street
cameras. I thought of Ceaucescu so badly as a teen,
that I used to dream that I would one day go to
Romania, sneek into his castle, and capture him and
secretly take him over to the Hungarian border, and
save the world. I was a healthy teen, laying in my bed
in the evening near a warm summer open window and
fantacised, listened to the crickets or drunk people
singing outside. When Ceaucescu's regime fell, I was
by the radio, listening to every moment with my heart
beating rapidly from hearing the tanks and the
Romanian military's gunshots on the radio. I knew
very well that important things were happening in
mid-eastern Europe at the time.
Do you understand my concern about what I felt later
in life when I found the DejaNews/Groups "archiving of
masses" culture? Can you guess what I thought, what my
first instinct was after Ceaucescu's street cameras?
Human dignity is being violated my friends.
FREEDOM OF SPEECH
I'll be very clear. You didn't grow up in East Europe
during the great late 80's political times. You grew
up in a place far from those political arenas, you
were in your early teens when Ceaucescu fell, you
lacked that experience which shaped the intellect of
Europe today. You fell into the American business
culture instead, and clearly you missed out! Mass
archiving is something that is "given by you",
respected by internet and business ethics, but believe
it or not, such ideas are not allowed by humanity.
People who post to newsgroups - ordinary people who
work - do not share that openness which
you promote. Its a very insulting feeling to see
others "enforcing it", again, there is a discussion
about human rights violations here.
Sure Capitalism allows what Google does, but people
are hurt, and people count. Believe me, they do!
These are people in general who prefer Western
Civilization. These are people who are educated.
The educated are the ones who most often disagree with
Google Groups' policies. Look up "X-No-Archive" in the
encyclopedia. It talks about many people raising
privacy concerns when DejaNews came about, and they
offered X-No-Archive as a workaround, but it remained
just that: a workaround, which sometimes works in the
tree of messages in newsgroups, and sometimes it does
not. You cannot rely on a full-proof X-No-Archive.
People who reply, do not check for that flag. Who uses
it anyway, its dubious.
As a result of uncomfortable privacy issues on the
net mainly made uncomfortable by Google Group's
archiving (again see the encyclopedia on
X-No-Archive), freedom of speech IS compromized on the
net as a result. Listen to me... Archiving by its
nature creates privacy problems. Archiving creates
an annoyance, and that compromizes freedom of speech,
primarily on the net by Google's practices. Do you
hear me? This is humanity's concern being raised here.
I must disagree black and white with Google Groups as
a human being. Everything that I write here are
acceptable materials for court, meaning I raise valid
concerns regarding Google's ethics regarding its
Groups product or Groups Beta, or lack of ethics to be
precise. Very questionable, very disturbing humanly
concerning, you understand.
CAN I JUST SPEAK FREELY?
I am very tired tonight. I wish to communicate my
concerns to Larry Page, Sergey Brin and to Eric
Schmidt. I am tired. I do not have a business contract
with your company. I do not accept the business
contracts your company implied on the Internet. I
don't have to accept it. I listed four freedom of
speech, privacy and human rights violations from
Google's side (above), and I, as a human being chose
to present it very strongly for your attention!!!
I made myself look horrible, disgusting in the past
weeks on the Internet, and send serious but not
elegantly formatted series of complaints to your
customer service which they... after a bombardment
from my side... decided to complain back to me about.
I hope we are human beings here, everything I
complained about to you (to Larry Page, Sergey Brin
and Dr. Eric Schmidt) represents my accusations as a
human being, which I take seriously for
preserving my and others' human rights concerns about
a seriosly (let's say) "invalid" '10 years of DejaNews
and Groups humanly arrogant and violent' practices.
Can you follow me?
I do not sue you. You sue yourselves. I hope you do
that for humanity. Please go to court and sue
yourselves for crimes against humanity.
Kapish?
