If there were guarantees, they have not been spelled out.
Hariri has been designated to form a government.. ok. Easier
said than done. Aoun wants proportional representation. If the
opposition as a whole gets proportional representation, Hariri
would have committed a grave mistake.
M14 won a landslide. They should govern on this basis.

I disagree with his return, period. How many terms does he need to
serve? hasn't he sufficiently lined up his pockets, and those of his
supporters? Enough is enough. 16 people injured during the
celebrations? Jesus f'ing Christ! as if his victory was not expected?
Hariri and the rest of the numb nuts in M14 need to show they have a
spine, else Lebanon will amount to nothing more than an LLC,
specializing in money laundering. Maybe it's the caffeinated iced
green tea speaking, but when will these criminals stop using an entire
sect, to further their criminal enterprise? Mr. Speaker of the House:
Stop taking the Shiaa of Lebanon for granted, and stepping over their
dead bodies to further your criminal enterprise! Where does someone,
who used to be a high school teacher, get all the money you have? Wake
up people.
