Final arab league statment in Damascus:

"...And on the unilateral US sanctions imposed on Syria, the declaration
rejected the so-called "Syria Accountability Act" and described it a
violation of principles of international law and UN resolutions..."

What a shame they ignored the fact that the law is actually named:

Syria Accountability and Lebanese Sovereignty Restoration Act
