I agree, though you have to make sure the new paycheck is much higher
otherwise as good lebanese they will collect both and spit on the one
who pays less. there was always plenty of money to pay the lebanese
to destroy their country, the problem is where to get money to pay
them so they won't do it.

We can impose a tax on all goods and people coming from Syria and use this
added revenue to pay them.
