Note Junblat asked Nassrallah for protection, not Sabaa (interior minister) or General Suleiman (Army chief).
There is a deeper message. If Nasrallah can protect Junblat then he could have also protected Tueni. If Nasrallah could have prevented Tueini death, why didn't he?
Nasrallah is being painted by Junblatt as a Godfather who can bestow and withdraw protection. Why do we need a protection mafia in Lebanon?
