The same can be said about Lao and Hmong Americans. After 3 decades of
democracy and everything that a world's richest nation can offer, they
are currently the poorest ethnic minorities in the US.

war while his big brother Vietnam moves on toward prosperity

Now, LPDR's new strategy is to shake down the international community
on the left over unexploded- bombs.

 The upcoming conference is a perfect venue for it. What a pride! More
show no dough!

In brief,  LPDR hadn't produced anything of value in the past thirty
years except selling off what our ancestors left for you.
