Re: laos police sells yaba

Even the most powerful nation in the world has a drug problem issue.
It's even harder when the government do not have the resources to
combat this social ill. Drug use and abuse is a worldwide epidemic.
The government needs to set standards of conduct for itself and the
people that it employs to keep the people safe. Corruption is
widespread in Laos, constantly it is ranked as one of the most
corrupted country in the world. You can see it the minute you step of
the plane. You have to pay the immigration officer bribes to get your
visa, you have to pay the bank teller to get your check cashed, you
can pay off the police when they pull you over for nothing. They need
to help to combat drug abuse, but they need to clean their own house
before the money can be use effectively.
