Re: Laos is a Steak in the middle of hungry tigers

Sabaydii again,
How could I forget Casinos! at Boten there is a sign that says "nation
without borders hmm! I guess it means the Chinese can come into Laos without
proper visas and do as you pleased. Considering GOL can not collect some 90%
in notified taxes I wonder what is put in place to collect revenues from the
casino special zones?

Dear All Laotian people worldwide

I am writing to appeal to all Lao people around the world to express
his/her opinion on this important topic "Laos is a steak in the middle
of hungry togers". As we all know, Laos is small nation with a
abundant untapped natural resources which I compare as a Big Steak
that sits in front three hungry tigers who want to take as much as it
can. As we can see what happening in Laos today. China, Vietnam, and
Thailand are positioning themselves to take advantages of Lao
resources in the name of foreign investment.

Laos is in a very difficult situation in trying to develop the country
to be comparable with her neighboring countries. The major question is
what Laos will look like in 10-20-30 years from now and how much the 3
hungry tigers would snatch the Steak in small pieces and what is going
to happen with Lao people.
