Instead of calling this development zone "China Town" as some of you
thought, why we shall call some parts of this proposed project "Lao
overseas town".

actually i like this idea, :lao oversea towm", but i prefer the name,
"Lao Paakmuang Town". inside the town, we can have small villages or
Baan, named "Baan Flang", "Baan Merika", "Baan Yialamun", "Baan
California", "Baan New York", "Baan Pali", "Baan Yeepoun"... Let the
Lao Co. invest and built small villas, 2-3 bedrooms with good size
backyard (cuz we liketo plan for food and pleasure, i.e. vegetable,
flowers, ....), then sell or long term lease them to laonork for their
retirement home, retirement home or a place to rest forever....

i said let lao companies do the building to create jobs for laonai.
the design could be lao style villa or a kind of mixed with foreign
countries style... this project isn't limited to laonorl buyers only,
laonai like thanouxay can buy one villa with the Javanese or
Indonesian style. even we fight in this scl, in real life we can like
together peacefully cuz after all we're all Lao.

Please share the constructive ideas
