DKJ,
Concerning the citizens who belong in the first, second and third category
and they do not wish to relinquish their property rights to the Chinese;
will their own government (whose interest should be the protection of her
citizens forces them to sign over their land to the Chinese anyways?) Do
these citizens have any rights and if so how do they file their
grievances. Who will listen to them and protect them from their own
government. Who is more important, the Chinese or Laotians?
There have been many of this so call,â?? compensationâ?? programs that
compensates everyone but the rightful owners. Will you be so kind as to
share the value of this package?
