They are young and pretty, but have to go look for work in the Thai
Capital for their survival. Any job they can get is better than
sitting around their parents' house back in Laos.
Lao PDR has been developing fast, but unfortunately the Lao people are
left behind and have to do what ever they can to make a living, even
as illegal migrants with a lower than minimum wage in Thailand.
