France is definitely not among the top investor and donnors in Lao PDR
but it had provided us several big projects in agriculture and rural
development. Nam Theun II hydro-power project is the biggest in the
country and that significant.

I have been wondering why the French have been so generous with their
Medals of Honor to various Laotian Government officials. I did a quick
search on the Internet to try to connect the dots.

I am flabbergasted by how ignorant people can be. It took Indochina over
fifty years to send these frog eating, snail sucking leaches out of the
region. Now fifty years later, all the French has to do is return with a
shiny new ball and the LPDR is stumbling over itself to get at it.

Lest we forget the French raped Laos from the late 1800 to the mid 1950s.
They made a slave out of every Laotian and took away everything of value.
They are ready to do it again and the Government can't recognize it.

Here are a few headlines to support my contention.

The first survey was conducted in 2002 by the Korea Railroad Technical
Cooperation Company. Monday's agreement was signed by Mr. Sonesack and
Systra representative Mr. Luc Vorilhon. The survey, which will take eight
months to complete, will cost 246,565 euros, to be provided by the French
Development Agency.

The carrot in front of the mule is beginning to lend itself. All I can do
is shake my head. Have Laos not learn anything from the past. The French
are the worst kind of parasites if one is to believe in history.
