Looks like the Chinese and the Thais will beat Laos to the punch again.
They are side stepping Laos?s "battery? master plan by replacing it with
nuclear power.

They even want to build a railroad through Laos. When is Laos going to
take charge of their own destiny instead of playing to the whims of their
greedy neighbors? Neighbors who have no love for the country of Laos.

Just let us know, we the Hmong and Laos living abroad who still love Laos
are willing to help. We have sufficient skills and knowledge to assist
the mother land and not becuase of greed but out of compassion.
