btw, where's the former bosses of thanouxay, the ones who 'khol-----------------------------
khouay' him to go back to laos after the commu take over laos in the
mid-70's? where are those satsadajan and dr. from france? don't speak
french any more? or they just don't speak commu-french? i don't see
anyone of them in the pictures..

I believe the Dr. & Professor you talked about must be Than
Sadsadanchanh Bountiem Phisamai. I really don't understand why he has
not yet been admitted into the rank of a member of the LPRP Central
Committee. He has been a minister to the Prime Minister's Office for
a long time. Maybe he just likes where is, in order NOT to compete
with the old guard people.
I would like to see Thanouxay coming to represent Laos in the USA. He
has been doing a great job as the Lao MOFA's spokesman, and can be a
very competent Lao chief diplomat in Washington DC. Can someone of
Lao Nork suggest this promotion to one of his bosses when an
opportunity occur?
