all,
like i said these delegates just come to laos to party. they got free
vacation and have fun dancing with saonoy in an exotic communist
country. it's nothing exciting for lao people or all laonai, i bet
very few laonai even have a chance to look at these kind of pictures.
should laonai care about this french party, come-ci come-ca?

btw, where's the former bosses of thanouxay, the ones who 'khol-
khouay' him to go back to laos after the commu take over laos in the
mid-70's? where are those satsadajan and dr. from france? don't speak
french any more? or they just don't speak commu-french? i don't see
anyone of them in the pictures..

That said, the reason for the party sucks! Party for the remnants of the
French speaking Nations? C'mon, the people of these Nations don't even
speak French any longer except for a few old farts.
